Look, the church sent him to the pedophile priest rehab center because the church is clearly addressing the very small number of pedophile priests in the clergy, a number so small that they need to have a center specifically for dealing with the pedophiles. HOWEVER, notwithstanding that, it is outrageous to assume that this person, who has not been convicted in a court of law (but has been sent by his employer to the place where they send all their known child molesters), is guilty of molesting children.

That is the history of the church. A priest goes to confession and admits his sin of molesting children. The priest does some kind of penance and returns and continues molesting children. If the Church finds out because a parent makes a fuss, the Church just reassigns the priest to another church. This is why the Catholic Church is the preferred church for pedophiles.
