Even sending a letter by USPS, you can still get caught.

Externally hosted imageJust make sure you don't leave the stamps used to mail it and the magazines you cut the letters out of at the Nigerian guys house.

Just write "This letter was NOT sent by *your name*." The police legally cannot consider you a suspect because you have an alibi.

I used to reply to messages in magazines that said "I'll reply to everyone who writes" but I wouldn't put any return address and the note enclosed was "I bet you can't reply to this one"

Jussie Smollett is openly gay.

It kind of pissed me off for a while because every fucking news article took pains to point that. It's like YES WE UNDERSTAND HE IS A HOMOSEXUAL WE'VE ESTABLISHED THAT. They also all pointed out that he is black. It's like YES I CAN SEE HE IS BLACK FROM THE PICTURE YOU PUT IN THE FUCKING ARTICLE.

I'm just picturing someone reading a news article: "Oh! So that is what the 'black fag' part of that letter was about. I was confused."

You need to get the most popular paper and pens (not most expensive) at a big box store and do self check out with other items. Don't touch anything with bare fingers after opening. Don't lick stamps or envelopes. Gas up your car in your area and drive away as far as you can to mail it in an area with low surveillance. Burn all of the rest of the paper and stamps and packaging and even the pen you use afterwards.
Don't include a return address or make one up.

Ok but if they don't include their real address, they won't know if it actually got delivered or was returned to sender!

Agreed
Remember when BTK asked the police if they could trace a floppy disk to a computer and they said no, and he was caught? That was funny

lol. That was funny.

@previous (A)

Technically no, they weren't able to trace it to an exact computer. However, he printed a document from the disc at his church, and created the documents on the disc using his real name. So, he basically handed them the evidence.

Doesn't the fifth amendment protect against that?

Ghost Anon !!4ieBej4Cq replied with this 7 years ago, 6 minutes later, 1 week after the original post[^] [v] #981,494

@previous (Fake anon !ZkUt8arUCU)

Idk, but he would have gotten away with it, if he hadn't gotten all pissy that the media assumed he was either dead or incarcerated. Since a lot of murder cases depend on confessions to determine who all a person actually killed, this may fall into a grey area. It's not like people are normally going to sympathize with a serial killer either

Fake anon !ZkUt8arUCU replied with this 7 years ago, 5 minutes later, 1 week after the original post[^] [v] #981,495

@previous (Ghost Anon !!4ieBej4Cq)
It has basically nothing to do with the fifth amendment. I just like to offer bad constitutional or legal objections to things because it makes me laugh.
