A lot of the younger members of our congregation are attracted to the so-called 'rap' and 'hip hop' genres of music. Me, I know nothing about it. I'm more a Dark Side of the Moon and Lateralus kind of guy.
I want to ask you to write a rap for me, which will hopefully engage our children in Sunday devotion. If you have some time, I would like you to write a few verses on the theme of God defeating Satan and casting him down into Hell. Please try to avoid your usual curses and profanity if possible, because it is for children and will be performed in our church.
I regret that I cannot pay you, but you'll be doing the Lord's work (and bless you my friend, I am not one to judge, but you could certainly use a few credits in your account, the life you've lived!).

It would be quite cringeworthy, you would be better off making it an activity to write a short rap or song about it and the best can do it at a point during your liturgy.

I respectfully disagree, I think eco has a facility with words and a knack for vivid imagery and story-telling. I naturally don't approve of his swearing and violent psycho-sexual imagery but I do think he's a gifted wordsmith.
