Looks pretty good for everyday stuff. A number of reviews mention the graphics card running hot during gaming leading to a hot case bottom and fans constantly running. I doubt running RCT2 or whatever would tax the graphics card too much, but it might be a downside to consider.

Work (which is just basic Word processing and some legal software), not very intensive gaming (Cities Skylines, Rimworld, etc.), but I tend to over-buy for what I need. It needs to be really sturdy as it's getting carted around everywhere, will be running nearly 24/7, and I'm very clumsy.

Given that your requirements are low and you don't keep a laptop for more than like 1-2 years, why not just buy cheap laptops? You could buy four $400 laptops for the price of the one in the OP and if they lasted just one year each you'd be way ahead.
