You fool, it's only a matter of time before you're overrun by the napless. We'll proselytise anti-naptism in your schools, in your churches, and in your streets; the slow, unremitting illumination of our beliefs' core tenets will soon see you all renouncing the transgression of "napping". Our march is interminable, son. Why resist?

Yeah, I certainly don't feel as groggy after ~30 minute naps, but I also seldom find short naps to be refreshing. I use the Android app Sleep as Android which tries to figure out what sleep phase you're in and time the alarm accordingly (within a provided window) to wake you up in your lightest sleep. I find it's helpful when I'm sleeping a full 8-hour night, but not for naps! There's something about naps that just don't agree with me. :(
