for real tho, they've gotten bad
Slept for an hour and a half before waking up from nightmare and havent been able to get back to sleep
My dog is super protective and usually sleeps on me all night. Now she wont even stay on the bed with me cause i kick in my sleep so mucb

I've never had it cure nightmares. One time I took too much and it made my dreams super weird and vivd.

No idea about CBD, but might be worth looking into imagery rehearsal. It really helped a friend of mine who had nightmares from PTSD. Just an idea!

I've been thinking about growing a poppy bed, so I can try laudanum.
It is possible for opioids to give you nightmares, probably not the best idea. At least you got some sleep out of it. Sending good vibes your way, bud.

yeah some of them are around certain traumas but some are just random dream shit, they're never the same regardless

For most folk it's THC that diminishes your dreaming ability, not CBD.
Edit: I dunno though, all the herbs I recommend promote dreaming but are mood stabilizing

Why not reduce the dose of the sleeping pill? If in solid form just reduce its volume.

I haven't experienced a cold in maybe before you were born. Only needed the antihistamine and wanted the most up to date product. So bought that and said WTF? Then looked up why and found out you have to take it for several days to get the full effects. I said Bullshit with that, so looked in cabinet and found expired wayyy expired Pseudoephedrine and bit off 1/4 or so (bitter real bitter) and the combo worked Just super.
