Nice, even sauce coverage. A perfect little "O" that mimics the expression of surprise and delight that the viewer will feel when being presented with such a dish. Mostly chips and taco meat. The lettuce is sidelined here to suggest it might be a garnish. The lettuce will add a delightful crunch to the meal, but the decision as to whether it will be food or merely set dressing for the main show is left up to the diner.
