keep in mind that the gene they do check are simply compared against some current database of individuals whose samples have been collected -- that is, seeing if you have an allele common in Ireland is not the same thing as certainty of ancestry

keep in mind that by chance, you can lose all genetic inheritance from people that are nevertheless, still your ancestors, the farther back in time you look.

Trader Joe’s Turkey and Stuffing Seasoned Kettle Chips

A Review

Trader Joe’s Turkey and Stuffing Seasoned Kettle Chips are one fine savory chip – herbs galore with a nice black pepper backdrop. The seasoning uses salt, onion powder, celery, parsley, sage, and thyme. I also get a fair amount of onion power along with that medley of green herbs.

These are absurdly delicious. There’s damn fine crunch and while there’s a lot of grease, it’s almost like eating crispy seasoned turkey skin.

Through it all, the flavors are blended together elegantly with a creamy mouthfeel as if these were swimming in turkey gravy. I also appreciate that these retain a great “potato-y” flavor, so we’ve got the Thanksgiving mashed potatoes covered too.
