I wanted to go buy the good fireworks in Washington, but didn't have time to make the trip. Oregon only allows sparklers, fountains, and other small things that stay close to the ground. Washington has the full Monty of shit that shoots :P

I have like 10 mortar tubes with 90 or so shots of various configurations (double, triple) also I like to wire up the single shots into the multiple burst type. In addition I have two cakes that are already ready to go (just light the fuze and run). I still have a case or two of bottle rockets and black cats from last year. I think I am going to set them all off this year.

So I just finished setting off over 100 mortars. My ears are ringing, I got powder burn on my face a little, I cinged the hair off of part if my right arm and i fucking love it. I set three or four mortars in a tube and the tube tipped on the fourth launch causing a star pattern explosion at about 6 feet. Shit was so awesome.
