First and foremost, bless you for considering a life of ecclesiastical duty!

My advice for deciding whether the devotional life is for you is to spend many, many hours in quiet contemplation. Understand your flaws and ask yourself: do I truly want to be a bride of Christ? Is the self-sacrifical life for me?

Above all else, continue to pray and let the divine spirit guide you in your decision.
