Ride a light rail train up to ~800 feet elevation and then bike down some twists and turns with a big group at 30+ mph. You descend about 650 feet elevation and there are a few different routes you can pick.
There are unofficial race groups for bikes with 16" wheels, skateboards, a fast ride for all others, and then a "family ride" that is a non-competitive group.
It's a blast :)
