The fuckin button is there, so you'd think you could use it without getting stink eyes. What the fuck kind of asshole would design a shirt with any buttons that when buttoned make you look like an abuse target? Fuck it, just knife out the top button and put in in the "fag button" box and send the lot back to the designer with FUCK YOU stamped on it

Depends on the dress code though. You can't show up at a surgery without wearing the surgical garments or what ever it's called. A police man would look strange and suspicious if he did his regular duty without the uniform and so on and so on.
