Yeah, it was one of those parody movies of "Walk the Line," but more like Austin Powers/James Bond than Meet the Spartans.

It starred John C. Reiley. It was called, "Walk Hard."

After the song in the OP was played there was somewhat of a dark comedic tone in saying that "Dewy Cox," the main character, died a few hours after that song was played.
