Not that I've noticed? Every time I've needed to see a doctor i saw a doctor within a reasonable time frame. Within the ER, if you're waiting that means you're not urgent, and its still pretty reasonable. Buddy whose retina detached from his eye was seen pretty much immediately. Buddy with a bad ankle sprain took a few hours.
