lol I know nothing about buying pot in New Orleans. Any that I have done in the past few years was shared with me. I would recommend, though, NOT going into one of the hardcore black neighborhoods to get it, not out of danger, but because you will be ripped off. Find some stoners hanging out by the river behind Cafe du Monde.
