On Saturn, lightning can strike as many as 10 times per second.
Lighting also occurs closer to the poles than the equator on Saturn, unlike conditions on Earth. Scientists believe this is due to Saturn getting most of it's heat from it's core.
It also retains some of the heat from formation, since Saturn's atmosphere is so dense.
