Thinking about it an abortion costs, what, $500? Birth control is available for $4 a month at Walmart pharmacy. Apparently now they have apps where you can get a prescription without a doctor visit https://www.self.com/story/do-you-actually-need-to-see-a-doctor-for-birth-control (unsure of cost but probably not that much). Condoms and spermicide are OTC and cheap.
There shouldn't be much demand for abortion for economic reasons alone. It's the most expensive, most dangerous option. Especially from the male's point of view because he's facing potentially 18 years of child support payments if there's an unplanned pregnancy. Of course $500 is nothing compared to child support but how many condoms does $500 buy??
