Asus Silent PSU 380W
AMD ATHLON II X4 640 AM3 RET (3.0ghz quad core)
4gb Corsair DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
250gb SATA II Hard Drive
DX11 Ati 5670 graphics card 1gb GDDR3 @ 4000Mhz

For Â£320 (that's ~$510 USD). I might buy this computer along with two 24 inch monitors, should be a nice setup. What do you think?

I;m guessing that price doesn't include the monitors? And the computer is used or new? If its used, price your own build, even if its slightly more it will be worth it. The hardrive size is laughable, but that's easy enough to upgrade.

Its not a bad deal, but its not a great one either. I'd build my own rig and spend a bit more...

Of course it doesn't include the monitors. The computer is new. I'm way too lazy to build my own. The hard-drive is adequate (actually a plus as it's quicker to wipe), and I have a spare one laying around I can just slot in if I run out.

I can't be bothered to build my own. Too much of a headache. On my budget, I'm basically choosing between a decent CPU (quad core) and mid tier graphics card or shitty CPU (duel core) and a decent graphics card. I don't intend on gaming too much, won't 12ghz total CPU and that graphics card be adequate? (I will leave it running 24/7 with a fuckton of programs open and the two monitors.) I want as much CPU I can get because my entire HDD will be heavily encrypted. I will be draining my bank account to buy this, don't have enough for decent CPU and graphics card...
