Ideally they'd make pies with a gradient crust, going from 100% crust on the left to 0% crust on the right so you can cut a slice with exactly the right amount of crust. I'd like 25% crust myself.

I think they'd get a machine to use like an inkjet dough sprayer.

No one really bakes pies homemade anymore. 90% of the time a "homemade" pie means they bought a can of filling and frozen crust and combined them. Not really anymore homemade than Fred's Red Baron pizza. People think cooking is like Minecraft crafting where the crafting table is an oven.

Texture on top is different than the bottom. - Bottom soaks up some of the liquids and the top gets less depending on how much liquid boils up and then the steam.
