It always surprised me how you'll hear serial killers talk about how good human meat is, but how did they learn how to cook it properly in the first place? It's not like there are recipes for cooking human flesh. Or maybe there are?

I was reading Albert Fish's Wikipedia page and he described his cooking process in detail. He seemed to take a lot of pride in it and used lots of healthy, fresh ingredients, like Matt would approve of.
