The alien doesn't get distracted by NPCs, human or android. I guess I can kind of understand the Androids, even though Bishop is attacked by a Xenomorph in the second film. Why can't you use human NPCs as distractions, though? It really breaks the feeling of the game, when the Xenomorph just ignores all humans except for you.
