If a fetus cannot select its own gender, how will time travel change this?
Thinking this through even in a lab petri dish matching sperm with egg and doing so as to make the zygote a male or female is...just may be possible one day. So you propose a person goes back in time and just prior to zygote stage the sperm-ovum combo is selected as desired.
