To stay on topic. He pretended he was an expert on Gumbos. He was unaware of Creole culture that preceded Cajun culture in Louisiana. Many in California have access to Creole or Cajun Gumbos and even a mix of the two. There are Creoles who prepare Gumbos of both cultures. Currently no border walls prevent such.
