You probably spent more than $139 on your laptop. Thanks.

Externally hosted imageThis laptop is basically 10 boxes of Franzia. I would have drank that in a month, easy. I've saved enough money not drinking to buy nine of these so far!

Sure is dirt cheap. Quick look at CPU
"The Celeron is the second least powerful processor that Intel makes, but for some people that is enough power. ... If you can afford a Pentium (They're usually not much more) of the same generation, get the Pentium."

Soon you can even download a brand new browser from Microsoft, Edge is Kaput.

Why not get a Chromebook instead

Chromebooks ok as long as you are connected to the internet. Otherwise it's a waste of space.

Why would you not be connected to the internet and how does that not apply to a windows laptop

1366x768 is perfectly usable. I remember using 640x480 back in the day on Windows 3.1.

This. I want to go off the grid and write my manifesto in a shack in Montana if the fancy takes me.

Actually now that Atom brand has been discontinued, the Celeron is the least powerful processor you can buy from Intel. The Celeron in my notebook is actually the lowest power current-generation Intel processor. This Celeron is an Atom, but now they're called Celeron or Pentium Silver.

U can do that with a chromebook too! And you will be able to write for longer since you won't have to run windows
