I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not going to go down the old cliche route of "things will get better", it must be a very tough time for you. But you need to find something to keep you going. Also try to find counselling, you really need to let your feelings out, it will help. You can get through this, you're strong and we all like you. Hang on in there.

Working on it. Headspace is a lot better but it's rough. I'm less overwhelmed with the puppies gone which helps a lot, but I'm dreaming about deadboyfriend a lot which...doesnt

If you haven't already read it, give Plutarch's Consolatio ad Uxorem a read. It's a letter to his wife in which he seeks to console her over the death of their child, but can also be read as a wonderful meditation on death and grieving in general.
Also, some people (not me) believe that dreams of the recently deceased indicate a desire on their part to communicate with you. If the dreams are not frightening, embrace them and try to understand their meaning.
