That was tteh impersonating me but I think the U.S. being bordered by Canada and Mexico puts it in a pretty different geopolitical position than Israel being surrounded by Palestine, Egypt, and Syria. Ideally all countries would have very open borders.

Why is anti-Semitism always described as "rising"? Like it must have fallen at some point between 1945 and today. If it didn't, that means it's been rising the whole time and anti-Semitism now is actually higher now than it was then, when Hitler was in power.

It runs on immigration because we prioritize the lowest possible cost for consumer goods. You wouldn't buy strawberries if they were $7/pound so the only way to keep the price low is to pay latino immigrants $2/day to pick them. Israel's economy is...not like that at all. Things are quite expensive there because it's very arid and they have to import most things. There's a relatively high cost of living there if you're eating anything other than the staples. They also don't have a history of diverse immigration like the U.S. so there are barriers to immigrant integration.
I mean personally I would totally marry a non-jew but you're lumping a lot of Jews together. Older Jews (Think 45+) in my experience tend to be against race mixing generally + for jews. Younger Jews don't care as much either way. Jews have a distinct culture that goes back thousands of years and every now and then people try to systematically wipe us off the face of the planet when they aren't shoving us in ghettos or confiscating our property. Part of that might be generational. Look at something like interracial marriage in the United States. It took a long time to get to where it is today, and it's still frowned upon in a lot of places. It's not illegal anymore, but only because a Supreme Court decision in 1967 made it that way. You could just as easily look at American culture as a whole being accepting of interracial marriage and think something fishy is going on because the vast majority of people in the US still don't marry outside of their race.
Once you factor in cultural, religious, and socioeconomic factors it just looks like people doing what people do. Jews marrying Jews isn't any more mysterious than Catholics marrying Catholics. Someone's grandmother wanting them to find a nice boy at church or frowning at her grand-daughter for looking at that black man isn't all that uncommon.

I don't think that its weird to marry your own kind. I think its weird to push for others to marry outside of their race, but then be very hardline about not doing it yourself. Like its controversial for a white person to say that they will only date whites, but Jews can say that they'll only marry other Jews.

The only time I hear about this kind of thing is some second or third hand account of what "the Jewish people" want based on some Twitter or Facebook posts. Is there a lot of debate about diaspora vs. Israel as far as preventing genocide goes? With Israel, you're guaranteed a country that will never turn anti-Semitic, but if someone attacks it the Jewish losses will be catastrophic whereas with the diaspora option, you run the risk of a country going Nazi, but it's unlikely more than a few countries would do that at the same time (even during actual Nazism, the holocaust was pretty much confined to the Axis countries).

You can join different circles of people with follow-back parties and use retweets between yourselves to amplify a message. It's not a reliable source for anything. Companies (and countries) can and do run influence campaigns.
