In the spirit of Broseph's MC book club idea, I want to suggest an MC movie night. Normally these can happen later at night. All suggestions are welcome and we will maybe watch one or two movies in Skype (microphone is optional). All movies are worth suggesting, and any streaming links are also great. If there's enough interest we'll make it a dedicated move night (probably Friday or Saturday) for people who wants to view and then discuss it afterwards. Please list any movies you'd like to watch within the group.

I love this idea and I love you for bringing it up. What is that site where people stream movies and chat? Folks used to spam /b/ with it all the time to get groups together. Something like that would probably work best (KISS), streaming and chatting on one page without having to track down links to streams or any other BS.

Anyways that's why I suggested new movies only, it keeps the options limited and no one can really bring up a favorite, it simplifies the ordeal in so many ways. AND we all get to see something new. ;)

This stars the guys from "Sean of the Dead" and I really expected more from them. A pretty boring movie, not really a comedy, or a drama, or even very entertaining. Just kind of bleh. Kids might like it, that's really all it has going for it. I wanted to like this film, but is just wouldn't let me.

I wasn't really thinking in the long run when I suggested this idea. Thank you to Nega setting me straight with this.

Yeah, a livestream or justin.tv account is probably the most conclusive way to go about doing this. I haven't done any sort of streaming in like a year and a half so I need to update all of my tools. I'll download some things and test it out but I hope to have something up by Saturday evening. If anyone wants to help, feel free to comment. I used to do this by myself (streaming anime/movies/whatever) but it's always nice to have an extra set of hands. :)~

Well the first run was a bit of a crapshoot but then again nothing ventured, nothing gained.
