Why would you make this when you can get a quart of hot and sour from a Chinese restaurant for $6? You can always throw in some of your own liver for free (don't worry it regenerates). For the same price you could also order several hamberders from Wendy's.

Liver has all those horrid heavy metals and other god arful nasty items in it. It's rare to even find any in a market currently.
