Did NOT No the plant is edible (On look up it is)- For sure I have sampled the Seeds many a time. It grows wild in much of California and is everywhere in the Santa Monica Mountains.
A very small amount of seeds in the mouth SWELL UP Quickly and it's not quite slim in consistency by close to it
Health food stores sell the seeds.

Well, that sounds like an easily achievable goal. I would advise you to purchase any fruits or vegetables you may need and take them home before you attempt that. They get pretty mad if you do it in the store.
