I figure I'm somewhere around 5-600 movies. Jesus it takes a long time to collect that many, of course it could be larger if I burned every piece of shit film I run across, but I'm pretty picky about what gets added to the collection.Anyone here collect movies?

Yea I have boxes n boxes of old Beta tapes in storage with 3 working Betamax's lots of VCR's tapes piled high in storage and Drives loaded from DVR an TVIO and not much of a chance of seeing 1% of them but at least I have them stored lol

Pretty decent. My cousin regularly burns DVD's (new and older ones) and gives them to my family and I. Photo related. We also have about 80 store bought DVD's and a handful of VHS shit. That is impressive. I use those CD storage books (the kind that zip up) to keep mine in, it makes looking for a movie a lot easier. Fuck there has to be like 800 movies there lol. I am jelly.

You can use ConvertXtoDVD to convert and burn 4 movies to one DVD with little to no noticeable loss in quality. It costs roughly 50 cents per DVD, a pack of 50 blanks = 200 movies. Its unbeatable.

Thanks. Guess I'm glad that my movie collection gives someone other than myself a partial boner, because most people don't give a flying fuck (not that I blame them). And yeah, finding movies was always a bitch, so I eventually just alphabetized them all. Took me like 4 hours, but it was worth it for sure.

People don't generally care about anything that is not their own. I'll tell ya one thing though, people sure love movies, maybe some are just too lazy or whatever to actually build a collection. I go stay with friends once in awhile (a lot less now that I'm a soberist) and I always take my laptop, they all want some free movies while I'm there. People are funny creatures.
