I hate being white. I'm so pale that I burn in the sun and turn red like a tomato. My ancestry is a boring ass Game of Thrones European. Why couldn't I have been born Hispanic or Asian so I could be raised into a family that knows how to cook quality meals?

There's nothing wrong with being European. Really though everyone's ancestry is boring. There's nothing really "exciting" about being Hispanic or Asian. Or white. Just live life and don't get hung up on the skin you were born in. You have no control over it, but you can make the most of the cards you were dealt. If Matt can be Chinese, you can be Hispanic. Why the fuck not?

Look at Rick Bayless. He's white, but he started a whole career in Mexican cooking with TV shows and restaurants. He wasn't like "ugh im white I'll never cook Mexican food" he was like "I may be white from Oklahoma but I'm going to make the best damn Mexican food"
He wrote books you may be able to check out from the local library.

Yeah, mine grows out in seemingly random colors. I'll be shaving and notice it looks dark. By next week it'll look blond. Later it will come in a reddish brown. It's part of the reason I've never been eager to grow a beard. Rick Bayless' facial hair just comes out evenly white. It's impressive how colorless it is in contrast to the hair on his head. I wonder if he darkens the hair on his scalp to heighten the effect.
