What you should do is travel to Mexico many times over two decades, know Mexican people and do business with them, then go and live and work all over Mexico for 5 years. Then, you will certainly be more qualified and knowledgeable on Mexico than some people on a chan who Google everything and never leave their house.

Interesting how you chose Mexico as the 4Instance - Given the so called resident expert on China ended up in a province in China that prides itself on cuisine based on Mexican Food.
They of course change the meats from Chicken and Beef as found in Mexico to Dog Cat Rat and Insects as favored by Kunming residents.
And said Expert only ate food in one province of China (except for a long hospital stay for hole in lung in Peking)
Anyone in USA can take a tour of the Cuisine of China by visiting a Panda restaurant where foods of many provinces are featured. (Do NOT ask for Plastic Rice)
