It should pass...probably be several more years before recreational is passed though..
Very hard to understand why you can do something in front of a policeman in almost 40 states and him see it and walk away and yet in the other 11 he puts you in jail for up to a year..

I almost never smoke pot anymore...but if it were made legal in my area I'd go get a quarter and buy a nice bong..

Still against Federal Law. It is hard to change laws like that as long as Republicans control the Senate. Also did you know it's mob rule (your words) when you elect the congress people where you live. Funny how democracy is valid when you vote for Senate or Congressperson, but not when you vote for President.

whats stopping you even though its illegal nobody gives a shit, i live in kansas and got pulled over with a blunt cop just made me put it out but then gave me a high 5 because he only did it because it was the law and he didn't give a shit anyways which is why i wasn't even being ticketed but also said in some places i could get dui/dwi which made sense
sometimes cops are cool but most times they aren't
