Fortunately the Sharks swim down from the North going South and it's the South around Tijuana border that the sewage is a horrid problem - Bless the Ocean a Blue currents that flow South. Recently Great Whites have been viewed just 20 miles North of me in Oceanside.
One great thing about so many porpoises around here is that THEY Wood give fast warning if such Sharks appear. Just South of me however a girl lost her Arm to a Shark - She is still surfing with minor balance issues currently.
