...yet Android 17 isn't? They were both practically main characters during the android story-arch.

I think 18 has a move that brings 17 in, but I don't see her in the list of fighters.

Okay, so I learned that Android 17 is in the game, but he is $15 DLC. Vegeta is also $5 DLC but it’s the regular black hair Vegeta. Why is that not on the main game? Videl is also $5 DLC and they sell these characters separately. The game is beautiful though but I just realized that I am shit at fighting games. The only character I ever got good at in a fighting game was Chun-Li in Street Fighter.

They should figure out a way to combine DLC and early access. So you can buy a game that's not finished yet, then buy DLC they haven't made yet.

No, I mean you pay full for the early access game and pay full price for the DLC (which is also in early access).

And by "early access" I mean "may or may not be created. no refunds"
