They are BUTTMAD that companies are allowed to state true facts about products they offer.
If your milk product, cheese or whatever has milk from cows that weren't doped up by Monsanto... you aren't allowed to say that!
The FDA even forces you to print a statement about there being "no significant difference" if you so much as mention a true fact about the manufacture of your product.

If it were up to Trump and it may be - Monsanto wood get a free pass. Of course if Trump were to interfere that wood end up in many courts of law.
