Did you catch GameStop in the news again. They need you to clean up their sad business practices.

Ok I do not understand this. Why do you need to wait a year for a government bureaucrat to draw up a plan on how to apply for a minimum wage job at a local GameStop??? 17 year olds who just graduated high school do it on their own.

They will give me the tools and support I need to handle the stressful application process.

Because Game stop has a deal going with the job service, so Catherine has a higher chance of getting the job. Without it, she has to pass the interview on her own.

Sorry for laffing but retail - I wayyyyyy back as teen worked Retail as a Checker and stocker in what is now Ralphs. Customers are well damn how the hell did they think because the price was to high I could do a thing to help them get the product cheaper - And when it was clear they were shop lifting did they have a clue I could not see that. But damn that job paid full union wage and a bonus for part time work and given I was still in high school part time was all I could work - Triple time on holidays - Anyway Cathy just wait till you discover how stubborn a customer is

UGH just put on your resume that you've worked for Minichan Inc. for the last seven years and put me and becky as references. We'll say you did backend web developer shit or something.

Mark I don't know how to say this with tact. It isn't about references

I mean, I would totally lie about anything Cathy wanted if it would help her get an entry-level job somewhere. But yeah I also don't think the only stumbling block between her and a job is needing a fake reference. I am clear-eyed about the situation thanks.

Even when you're employed, you should really be putting in applications for a better job. What you've said here is simple laziness.

Don't need to put in to find a better job. Been here for years and I love my job. Unless I die first, I'll probably retire from here.
