I am truly curious whether or not Hedgehogs can be potty trained though, some animals just can't be trained due to lack of bowel control. Also if they make good pets, and if so how.

Yeah, rabbits actually don't even need training so much as just make a litter box available to them. Both of those make shitty pets though, unless you can train your rabbit not to chew the fuck out of everything.
