There has been talk of me being promoted to in house production manager which will be a step up from my current position of technical manager. This will mean never having to go on site again or doing long days and weekends. I shall be permanently based in the office and have a number of technical managers under me as well as their teams. I'll also have to do a lot more client facing and suit wearing.
