The AIDS would kill the CD4 T cells, but they'd also be constantly growing exponentially and maybe they'd cancel each other out? And if the T cells grew faster than AIDS, your immune system would just keep getting stronger and stronger.

So, it's not just cells out of control though, its cells that have split enough to use up all the telomeres on their chromosomes and continue to reproduce with broken or incomplete instructions, and it is expanded upon by an uncontrollable reproduction rate these cells also experience. It's not just that they're multiplying out of control [or else it would be benign] it's that its multiplying out of control and malfunctioning as well.
At least that's my understanding.
There has been research on the gene responsible for telomere length, but that is the tricky part, cause it can also trigger cancerous growths by inhibiting the telomeres instead of lengthening them.
Tldr; why not just inject CBD oil directly to the vein?
