It was lovely, the beef melted in my mouth and the noodles had a texture to them like hair, which I found interesting. The sauce was tastemoreful and I found it to be delightful. There was so much thst I have plenty to microwave up later for supper!

I tried making some roux out of real butter and did not care for how it came out. I like using shortening better. Also butter seemed to take a bit longer to brown up. I like my roux to look like chocolate. Get that roux just right all you need is water to get that texture and still have that true superb flavor. IIEEEEE!!!
