1. Does this bother you?

> Weather report says current temperature outside, 5 degrees
> Weather report says expected high today, 0 degrees

> Weather report says currently raining outside
> Weather report says chance of rain today, 40%

If you ran the world, would this even happen??

2. What does it mean for the chance of rain to be 40% today? Is that concrete at all??

I could have answered the questions but you threw the idea of running the world into my mind and now all I can do is imagining that. Rain is ok though.
