Not even one hint? It is Taco Tuesday and recently because of work conflicts I have been unable to join the gang on their quest for those perfect Tacos.We often find perfect Tacos or close to it but not so much the perfect Salsas. I despise that word Salsa because Mexicans have one word that in no way describes what IT is - It can be raw ingredients but usually is NOT - It can be just pure Chili's but some roasted before grinding and severed up Pure or mixed with Roasted Tomatoes - Can include Garlic - Green Salsas have Tomatillos and Green Jalapenos always fresh.
We now have on occasion hit one Taco shop just for the more better Salsas and then go to a new place just in case what they have is not so much so good.
Photo is very much are agreed best looking most likely to please and is made from a small dried roasted Red Chili

...and they Snapchat pictures of what they're trying, Instagram them trying it, write an entry about trying it on their blog, review it on Yelp, write it up on Facebook, make several posts about all over the Internet, and do a YouTube video review about their experiences.
