Yes, there must be some concerns. Hey Uganda's not a nice place. USA missionaries had a hand in that attitude they have there and have a lot to answer for.

Reports of cannibalism have been documented since at least 2011, when Dr. Heike Behrend, a professor at the University of Cologne, wrote a book on the practice, but the issue recieved a renewed focus after a particularly grisly incident in March.

Time for me to split to a Biz Meeting so I will leave this with you - I have much to add to this desperadoes end of King b4 he split to Saudi Arabia but fear what I have to make people laff at still has ends classified NOR did I have any part at all but was privy to the very last thing he did that got him quickly removed from power - Just need to research what is public information from a quality source
