A man-wash.
A car goes through a squirt of water, soap, rollers, water, rollers and air dry.
Why can't a person? A machine could rotate the person on the spot as robot arms scrub them and nozzles spray them with water, soap, and warm air.
You could accessorise with a hair washing helmet.
