I want to inquire if anyone has ever been in a state of depravity, not depravity of a moral kind but instead depravity of humanity? I ask because when I first started living alone, it felt so strange how nobody saw it or understood that I was basically living in a empty apartment with no money and no friends, stuck in a bullshit job which I later gave up on. It was a awful mix of no decency and no hope. Later i realized that this is how my family had been living for the longest time and so maybe it wasn't odd that nobody took notice but still, it was hard and God help anybody in similar situations.
