Next time... next time he'll throw Chuck and Nancy against the wall and really negotiate. I know he folded twice already because Chuck and Nancy called him names but next time he's really going to do it!!!!!!!

I don't get it though, so there's a temporary budget? People will get paid but that's pretty much it as i understand. Feels like both sides are folding to those government employees.
