I was reading this story on China Daily: Hebei court unveils program to expose deadbeat debtorsIt's an app that offers a map of local debtors. The program allows users to find out whether there are any debtors within 500 meters. The debtor's information is available to check in the program, making it easier for people to whistle-blow on debtors capable of paying their debts.
The article didn't offer the Chinese name of the app, which roughly translates to "a map of deadbeat debtors." I was wondering if anyone here knew how to write "deadbeat debtor" in Chinese?
