You definitely want to be the Iceman. If people start saying you're an Iceman it could easily be mistaken for "a nice man" when spoken. This is not the image you want.

If you are identified as the Iceman already, then I would advise you to heavily police the use of that term as applied to other would-be icemen. Badass nicknames, much like slogans or trademarks, are subject to dilution and overuse. You want your moniker to carry some weight as it is shouted in exultation from a crowd by your supporters or used in hushed, serious tones by your enemies.
