Wouldn't that be like a dream on its own? The shit you dream is the variously assorted happenings within your mind, stuff you saw or heard and maybe even thoughts and feelings you have not really noticed. If you lost your ego, you wouldn't be like a blank slate that sees things more "objectively" or whatever, it would probably be like the stuff of dreams.
